Academic Programs

In the classroom, in laboratories and in the field, we are fostering young researchers and faculty actively engaged in a new scientific field: understanding the origins of life in the Universe. At the undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate level, we will provide each generation of Harvard-educated researchers the comprehensive multi-disciplinary foundation required to study and teach in this dynamic new field.

If you would like to learn more about our academic programs, please contact Kelly Colbourn, Associate Director, at kelly.colbourn@cfa.harvard.edu.

In September 2015, the Origins of Life Initiative instituted its new program for graduate students, the Origins of Life Graduate Consortium, a certificate program in the broad field of origins of life research.  We invite you to join this additional opportunity to learn about and work in origins of life research at Harvard.
